Cup Lock Systems

 

Simple Method of Connection
The principle feature of MSF, is the unique method of connecting horizontal to verticals in one single action without the use of nuts, bolts or edges. the locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed cup which is welded to verticals and a sliding upper cup is moved down and roated by hammer blow to give a positive and rigid connection.

Verticals
Cup-Lock verticals are provided in seven basis sizes with cup joints welded at 500 MM or 1000 MM intervals. The captive mobile top cups are malleable casting which endure rough site handling, whilst the fixed bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel

Horizontals
The Cup-Lock system utilizes a carefully selected range of sizes to meet the varied demands of grid in general support of formwork. Many of these can also be used for access structure. Each has forged blade ends with the minimum projection to resist site damage.

 
 

Tubular Scaffolding Systems

 

MSF scaffolding system is manufactured from tested quality of 40 NB steel tubes conforming to ISI specifications. The scaffolding comprises of 2 Mtr. height and 1.25 Mtr. wide welded frame connected. Together by scissor type cross bracing, secured to the frames by ordinary nail available at site and ordinary M.S. bar for locking. Adjustable base is provided to take care of unevenness of ground & adjustable 'U' type stirrup-head for fixing direct into leg of the frame to provide fine vertical adjustment between 75 MM to 500 MM. These frames with 40 M verticals recommended up to 30 Mtr. height for working load.

Floor Form

Floor form centering plates are manufactured out of 2 MM H.R. sheets. They have pressed corners and stiffeners for rough handling on construction site.
Available Size : 600 * 900 MM / 600 * 1150 MM.

 
 

Shuttering Systems

 

Heavy Duty Telescopic Steel Props

MSF : Roll Thread / Cut Thread Props are manufactured from top quality, ERW steel tubes confirming to IS:1161 / 1239 grades YST22. Sturdy 150 * 150 * 6 MM head and foot plates welded on inner of (40 NB) M & Outer (50 NB) M members having matching holes for fastening of props on top of each other to gain additional heights. Nail holes provided on top of each other to gain additional heights. Nail holes provided on Head and Foot plates for nailing runners / bearers on to props.
